DC New Logic Tilburg

The roof of the logistics centre DC New Logic in Tilburg has been covered with no less than 43.560m² RENOLIT ALKORPLAN single ply membrane by means of mechanical fixation.

Thanks to its excellent sustainability performance the building received the highest BREEAM-NLscore ever for new build projects (91,17 %) and was thus awarded an “OUTSTANDING” BREEAM-NL rating. All thanks to high quality insulation, triple glazing, a heat pump, automated LED lighting, and at a later stage solar panels!
